Hello, Amazing People!!

With the State Convention just around the corner, the excitement of our reunion is building up, and we can't wait to share it with you!!
Mary Lou Grunwald and Teresa Fabre will be passing the torch this year to the lovely Tasabih "Abbu" Elfaki and myself, Michelle Ault.  We are thrilled to co-chair the Door Prize Committee and we're here to rally the troops because we need your support to make this event even more thrilling!
Here are some key points to keep in mind:
1.  Contribute Your Door Prizes:  We invite you to bring Door Prizes to the State Convention!!  To let us know what you plan to donate, please shoot us an email at telfaki04 at gmail.com or michtlua at aol.com as soon as possible.  When you bring your prize to the convention, please ensure it has a label, preferably in large print or braille (or both!), so we can identify it.  You can also include your name if you'd like a shout-out when your Door Prize is awarded.
2.  Cash Prize Donations via Zelle:  If you's rather contribute cash prizes, it's easy!  Send your donations through Zelle to treasurer at nfbofillinois.org., and contact NFBIL Treasurer, Michal Nowicki, to confirm receipt of the donation and to alert him if you want the prize to be awarded in a specific way.  For example, if you donate $100, and would like it split into two or more door prizes, let Michal know.  Also, please make sure to add a note on the Zelle Donation that it is for Door Prizes at State Convention.

3.  Be Present to Win:  This year, there's a twist--you must be present to claim your prize.  So mark your calendars, attend the convention, and be ready to celebrate!
Expect to hear from us very soon with more updates and reminders.  Let's keep those door prizes rolling in and make this State Convention an unforgettable experience for everyone involved!!
A massive "Thank You" to each of you for your outstanding contributions and unwavering support.  Together, we'll light up the convention and create memories that will last a lifetime!
Gratefully,
Michelle Ault and Tasabih "Abbu" Elfaki
