Greetings to all,



The 2025 Chicago Chapter Bowling Fundraiser Entry Form is now open for the
fundraiser taking place on Saturday, August 16, from 4 to 6 PM Central Time.
The entry fee is $35 per person. You will need to complete one form per
person.

The form will close on August 10 at midnight. After that point, you will not
be able to register until you arrive at the event.
