[IL-Talk] Link to petition to protect RAP and TAP programs

Hello Everyone,

We are still collecting signatures to take to the legislatures to protect the RAP and TAP programs.  Our numbers are way down.  We are trying to get 5000 signatures and we only have a little over 600.  Please  sign and pass it on.  Anyone can sign as long as they have an e-mail. address.  Please pass on.  See Below.
