[IL-Talk] Latest Issue of Future Reflections

The latest issue of Future Reflections has been posted online. This is a
special issue on technology, with articles about artificial intelligence,
tech training, building tactile fluency with the Monarch, and more.
Illinois's own Isaac Raske has written an article about his experiences with
technology in elementary and high school, and former Illinoisian Ameenah
Ghoston shares her thoughts about high-tech and low-tech skills.
