*	Increase in the TAP and RAP fare to $3.25 per trip (to equal the ADA Paratransit fare)
*	Cap on the number of subsidized TAP and RAP rides of 30 per month per rider
*	Free rides on CTA and Metra services for ADA-certified riders. Please note: Pace had already been offering  <https://links-2.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fwww.pacebus.com%2Faccessible-fixed-routes/1/01010199b9f314dc-26784bdd-a814-4b89-90b1-08b95fee01f4-000000/TqVE6717H4ij1-dFewXmrIJQsyV3U6_xERkKusxajag=425> free rides on fixed route to those customers.

These changes were necessary to comply with RTA’s ADA Paratransit Action Plan. Furthermore, nothing changed with traditional ADA Paratransit service at this time; ADA Paratransit trips are unlimited and the fare on that service remains $3.25 per ride.

The maximum trip cost to be subsidized by Pace’s RAP or TAP program is still $30 (after your $3.25 trip fare). Any amount exceeding $30 is the responsibility of the rider.

The TAP webpage has details about how trip fares loaded to your account prior to October 1 will be handled. All trip fares loaded to your account now cost $3.25. It is recommended that you monitor your TAP riding activity in your account to avoid unexpected charges.

For RAP riders: the fare amount you pay as of October 1 is now visible in the Uber or UZURV app at the time of booking. You do not need to take any action. The app will bill you the correct amount. After you take 30 rides in a calendar month, vouchers will not appear in your booking app until the next month.
