[IL-Talk] technical difficulty with state convention registration form

Greetings to all,

 

Some of you may be experiencing a technical difficulty while completing the
state convention registration form. In some cases, when participants reach
the review page, it appears blank. When the review page is blank,
registrants cannot see the contents of their entries and cannot select the
Register button.

 

This step is critical because:

*	For those choosing PayPal as their payment method, the Register
button normally redirects to PayPal to complete the transaction using a
credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
*	For those choosing to pay by check or Zelle, the Register button
normally allows them to proceed directly to the confirmation page.

 

In short, the blank review page prevents the form from being submitted
successfully, regardless of which payment method is selected.

 

I am aware of this issue, as the Iowa and New Jersey affiliates has reported
a similar difficulty with their own state convention registration forms. I
have notified the national office about the problem and am hopeful that they
will be able to assist in identifying the cause and resolving it.

 

In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, the most effective workarounds
are to:

*	Clear your browser's cache and reload the form.
*	If the problem continues, try completing the form using a different
web browser.

 

These steps have helped some individuals bypass the blank review page and
successfully complete their registration.

 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as this is being addressed. We
want to ensure that everyone who wishes to attend the convention can
complete their registration without difficulty. Updates will be shared as
soon as more information becomes available.
