Just looking out the window and watching asphalt grow? Don't fret, we're gearing up for some good times at Illinois State Convention!
>From college students to the Legends, we're getting ready to groove, grow, and gather together! And this year? We're turning up the nostalgia with a musical twist...we can't wait for you to be singing songs of delight when your name is called to receive a wizard of a door prize!!
And yes, we're throwing it back at ya, singing our hearts out when we call your name as a winner!You, of course, will be doing a happy dance when you win one of our cool surprises!
What's a celebration without a little surprise? That's where you come in!! We're collecting fun and whimsical door prizes to keep the energy high and the smiles wide. Whether it's gift cards, tech gadgets, handcrafted items, or anything unique don't be shy and donate a door prize! Your contribution will ignite joy, and connection! We might even sing you a little special shout out for your donation! If you would like a shout out for your donation as the lucky winner is called, hit us up and let us know!
1)  Contribute Your Door Prizes! We invite you to bring your Door Prize contributions to Illinois State Convention and we will have a large tea table to place them on. Please make sure it is labeled in large print, or Braille, so we can both identify it. Don't keep us curiouser and curiouser as to what you will be donating and shoot us a email to fill us in. 2.  Cash Prize Donations via Zelle: If your feeling groovy, generous, or wise, slip us some green for our Door Prize surprise! Send your donations through Zelle to treasurer at nfbofillinois.org and contact NFBIL Treasurer Michal Nowicki to confirm receipt of the donation. Let him know if you have specific instructions on how you would like the prize to be awarded. For example, if you donate $50.00 and would like it split into two door prizes, just inform Michal. Don't forget to add a note on the Zelle donation indicating it's for Door Prizes at the IL State Convention.
