I might of phrased my other e-mail a bit wrong.
It was the sound of my credit card when I slid it through the machine, and I could, of course, hear the machine make the sound that it went through ok. And, I said it went through, and that's when my brother said, how did you know? Uggghhh.

Hello everyone,
I was thinking we should educate people about: AS blind people, we can't see, but, we can hear.
For instance this happens with my brother. Like, if we're somewhere and I
hear a sound and can tell him what it is, he'll say, "How did you know?
Give me a break! Just because I can't see doesn't mean that I can't detect a sound and know what it is? This gets me so mad!
Wondering if any of you have had this same experience with people when you're out?
Thanks,
Linda
