Here is an example of the little talking bus stop signs that CTA is putting
in place. This is the one I accidentally found at the Berwyn Red line stop
for the 92 Foster bus. Looks pretty handy. There's a QR code on the bottom
right that I believe has a survey you can take. So it's easy to understand.
I think it's solar powered. There's a button in the bottom center portion
of the device. So this is a YouTube video of it. I hope this helps.
