Hello Everyone,
This is a quick monthly reminder note about our hospitality room.  Last month there are several people already volunteered to bring in some goodies for the Hospitality room.
I am listing some light snacks and beverages which I think would be suitable for our hospitality room including some items which some people already mentioned to me that they could bring.  Please scroll down the page and look through the list and volunteer whatever the item you could bring in.  It is okay with the hotel for us to bring in some light snacks and beverages from outside for the hospitality room for us to share and give with no cost.  However, my understanding is that we cannot bring in any meals from outside.
The items listed are below.  I thank you-everyone in advance for working with me for this upcoming event.  If there are any additional items you can think to bring which are not on the list, please feel free to let me know either on the mailing list or off list.

Light snack Items:
Cheese tray -- Donna Wood is volunteering.
Fruits = Apples -- Jim Canaday volunteering; another volunteer to bring one or two kinds of fruit is most welcome.
Cookies -- Comet and Chikako volunteering!!!  Let us hope they will not be eaten on the way!
Other small finger sweet goodies; brownies and etc -- needing one volunteer.
Some bags of candies -- needing a volunteer.
Chips, crackers, and etc – needing one volunteer.
  Vegetable tray and dip -- needing one volunteer.

Beverage items:
Assortment of tea bags -- Susan Tabor volunteering.
Possibly hot chocolate, instant coffee -- needing a volunteer.
Pepsi products -- needing a volunteer.
Possibly some wine -- if it is okay with everyone following the tradition,  I would like to ask Susie Stanzzel to volunteer and bring some wine products.
