[Jayhawk-chapter] npr hd experiment

Hello friends,
as many of you know npr has been doing an experiment on delivering 
radio reading service audio by way of hd fm radio through  K A N U.
this is just to let you know that their hd 3 signal went down  friday 
or early saturday as far as I can tell.  I've talked with the lab 
people and it is down.
as I write,  the hd3 channel itself seems to be on again but there is 
no audio.
