[Jayhawk-chapter] Meet the Blind Proclamation and Month

Greetings, everyone!

 

I only heard back from one person expressing a preference for an October
weekend for our Meet the Blind activities.  It was Chikako, who requested we
consider October 1.

 

Since I need to request space at US bank and need to send over the
proclamation, I'd like to suggest we go with October 1 unless it ends up
being a huge problem Thanks!
