[Jayhawk-chapter] Correction!!

Chikako, since Susan and Athena both say they recall your asking me to receive the mayor’s proclamation and give a short address to the city commission I will be happy to go ahead and do so. By the way, Susan and I are contemplating going to dinner after the proclamation ceremony and would like to invite any chapter members and their significant others to join us. May I propose either Tapas or the Freestate Brewery since both of these are within walking distance of city hall? Anyone who may prefer to have dinner earlier than this could still join us for a beverage and some good fellowship and conversation. Thinketh ye upon it, eh?

Thank you for the two postings Rob.  I recall that in our chapter meeting I made it clear this year I would like someone else besides me to receive the proclamation; and you volunteered to do it.  If you do not wish to do so please let me know with your suggestion who should be a good candidate to represent our chapter.
