[Jayhawk-chapter] FW: Opportunity for paid Assistive Technologyparticipation

Hi Pat,

I don't have a lot of information to add at this point except for what I have gleaned from doing the survey this morning. From what I can gather, it appears that Cerner has hired a third-party contractor to make its website and possibly other in-house proprietary software more accessible for screen reader users and people with other disabilities. The only advice I can offer you for now is to activate the link so that you can access and complete the survey which will take no more than five minutes to complete. Once this is done, you will receive further information via email.

The survey is, as I say quite simple to complete and very straightforward. The questions they cover are your contact information, your impairment, and what kind of assistive technology you use regularly. For reasons not yet clear to me, it appears that this consulting firm wants participants to come to some testing lab owned and operated by Cerner in Kansas City Missouri. The real bottom line is that if you are selected to participate, you will be paid $150 for four hours worth of work. Not bad potatoes, eh? I hope this has been helpful.
Warmest regards,
Rob
