Hello. Well, here is the scoop on the meeting as it relates to your questions. Donnelly's office notified all of the committee members of the planned meeting through an email about a week ago. We were to reply whether or not we could make it. Of course, many members had prior commitments. I feel confident that it will truly be rescheduled.
I expect that the main topic of review is going to revolve around older blinded adults, at least that is what the email indicated. The agenda is supposed to be coming out soon. We'll see about that.

As far as having any effect on the Governor's office, I have long given up on that. It will not happen. Concerning getting the National involved, I suppose that I would refer you to Tom Paige for the answer to that. Donna Wood was on this advisory board for a few years, however she saw the futility and resigned. 

Don't know if this addresses your questions or not. I know that it doesn't sound too optimistic.
