Greetings Jayhawk Federation family,

It was great to see all of you who were able to attend today’s chapter meeting, and I believe we are getting off to a very good start for 2018. We missed all of you who were unable to make today’s meeting and hope to see you at our next meeting on February 17.

During our meeting a motion was made and seconded to provide $200 worth of supplemental a Financial assistance to Renee Who will represent third chapter at this year‘s Washington seminar. We currently have $991.82 in chapter treasury, And Renee is only receiving $800 from the state affiliate.

We are requesting your vote via email because we were two boats short of a quorum when the motion was made. We need you to communicate your vote on the motion very promptly since Renee will be departing for DC in about a week from now. If you’re having any difficulties with your email or if it is simply too inconvenient, you may communicate your vote by phone or by text at the number that follows my signature block. Please communicate your vote by no later than 5 PM on Tuesday. Meanwhile, thanks in advance for your prompt response and rest assured I will announce the results of the membership decision.
