[Jayhawk-chapter] Change of March meeting to teleconference platform

Greetings Jayhawk Federation family,

Several Jayhawk chapter members have indicated they will not be present for tomorrow’s schedule meeting at LPL, giving rise to the real possibility of a meeting without a quorum. In view of this, along with the extra traffic generated by the St. Patrick’s Day parade, and the lack of any urgent business decisions to be made, I have decided to convene our meeting via teleconference instead of having everyone make the trip downtown to the library. We will start at 10 AM as per usual, and I anticipate the meeting to last no more than 30 to 45 minutes, which should be doable if I waive the running of the presidential release and provide a summary of the highlights instead.

Hopefully, those of you who were unable to be physically present for the meeting will be able to join us on the call.
