[Jayhawk-chapter] Request for action, please vote on proposal to change meeting date/time

Good afternoon Jay hawk chapter members, due to the lack of a quorum at today’s meeting, you are invited to cast your vote for one of two proposed changes in meeting date/time. There is no proposed change and meeting location as the consensus of those who are present was to continue meeting at the Lawrence Public Library.
Please cast your vote for one of the following meeting date and time slots.
(One) third Friday of the month at 5:00 PM; or(Two) third Saturday of the month at 11 AM.

Please get your vote into me by no later than Saturday, May 19, one week from today. We need to make our decision promptly in order for me to book meeting space at the library before they are all taken.Thank you for your prompt action on this item.
