[Jayhawk-chapter] Request for action, please vote on proposal to change meeting date/time

I have to vote for third Saturday at 11 because Hannah German and five on Friday will not give us much that is in a tournament at seven on Fridays were not giving us enough time to have a party or get together before the buses leave
