Greetings Kansas Federation Family,

The following voter experience survey is sent to us courtesy of Lou Ann
Blake at National office. Please submit it as soon as you have voted. We
encourage you to complete the survey whether your voting experience was
good, bad, or ugly. It would be much appreciated if you could also take the
time to share your balloting experience with me as there is a method to my
madness. I want to collect data to enable me to analyze to spot any patterns
of noncompliance with accessibility for blind voters in Kansas. Please send
your voting stories to me at the email address posted at the bottom hereof,
and be sure to include a telephone number where I can reach you if I need to
ask for clarifying information. The survey appears below.

Best regards,
Rob Tabor First vice president / State HAVA liaison, National Federation of
the Blind of Kansas
(785) 865-9959
