Subject: Intro to NFB-NEWSLINE Webinar, Nov 12 at Noon
Join Kansas Talking Books and the National Federation of the Blind for an overview of NFB-NEWSLINE.
NFB-NEWSLINE, a service of the National Federation of the blind, provides individuals with print disabilities free access to local, state, national and
international news sources, magazines, weather alerts, and more.
NFB-NEWSLINE users can read materials using many different access methods including via touch tone telephone, accessible handheld media players, Alexa
enabled devices, iOS and coming soon, Android. NFB-NEWSLINE can also be used on a variety of Braille displays and on the web. Participants will be instructed
how users can access and customize delivery of publication content through these methods.
Presented by Scott White and Jack Mendez of the National Federation of the Blind.
