Good morning Kansas Federation dudes and dudettes,

Below you will find a lilist of proposed amendments we will be presenting at our 3pm meeting today. the list follows my close/signature block.

> Section three
> Any member may be expelled for misconduct as set forth in the national federation of the blind code of conduct, as it may from time to time be amended, or neglect of duty by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting at any regular business session of the organization. Any member so expelled may appeal any expulsion decision in accordance with the due process requirements of the code of conduct.

> Replace his office with the office 
> Article 6
> Under board of directors, strike the sentences “At the meeting at which this constitution is adopted,” and  “The six directors shall be elected for two year terms.” Replace mai ballet with email ballot. 
> Article 7
> Section 2
> replace he with the president 
> Section 8
> Replace he/she with the president 
> Article 9
> No changes
> Article 10
> Replace he with the delegate 
> Replace he is an active member with they are active members 
> Article 11
> The dues  of the organization, if any, shall be set by the board of directors, or by the convention assembled. 
> Strike the part about lifetime memberships 
> No person may vote who is delinquent in the payment of their dues.
> Article 12
> Replace bank with financial institution 
> Change by check to “By check or electronic funds transfer.“
> The treasurer shall be bonded if so directed thy the board of directors
