On the advice of Senators Mary Ware and Michael Fagg, the hearing on Senate Bill 46 has been postponed. Meawhile, effortsare under way to redirect the bill to the House so that the Senate committee will have the opportunity to strike any unfriendly amendments that could materialize. If you have already submitted your testimony, rest assured no harm is done. if quite have not yet submittv your testimony, you can simply make a copy of your document file and be ready to direct it to a house committee when we alert you to a hearing date.
