<p class="MsoNormal">At today’s chapter meeting we discussed an upcoming meeting of the Kansas Advisory Committee for the Blind and Visually Impaired. I have been on this committee since its inception, along with a few other persons who are blind and several professionals. It has been my experience that for the most part, the contributions of the blind are dismissed by the powers that be. Some of our members expressed an interest in attending this meeting as a show of presence and interest. I have posted the pertinent information below.</p>
