The Saint Patrick’s day parade will begin at 1:00 pm, so I’ll try to get us out a little early so those who drive can beat the traffic to get out of the downtown area. Those who will arrive via family vehicle are advised to come a little earlier than usual to assure a parking spot. The city Parking garage adjacent to LPL is especially commended.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Attached is the proposed agenda, a draft of the February minutes, and the NFB Code of Conductwhich I encourage you to study prior to the meeting.
