Did you disclose during the applications process?

So, I found a job with Macy’s in the administrative support departmemt as
Retail Admin Support and applied. Yesterday, I got the e-mail requesting to
schedule an interview which I did and was supposed to have at 3:00 PM EST.
Well, at about thirty minutes before the interview, I received a phone call
stating the position was filled. One problem with this is that the job is
still up on the website and still accepting new applications. So, either it
has closed and they have not taken it down yet, which in the world of HR,
that is a stupid thing not to do once the job has been filled, or I was just
passed up for the scheduled interview because of being disabled. It was
posted on the 13th,and I happened on it on the 14th. I had something
similar happen back in 2013 with a NIB associated agency as well and I quit
applying to them because of that nonsense not to mention they offered me a
job and then said they did not even though I had it plain as day in the
e-mail correspondence.
