There is a think called NVDA Remote, but it has to go on the server as well.
I'm not sure how well it would work though, as it is more designed for home
users or training in mind in that when you connect, it goes right to the
desktop and may require things to already be logged in. Hopefully there are
workarounds that I just don't know about, as I am a Jaws user. Even then
though, it would require JFW on the server, as when you run the Windows
Remote Desktop client, Jaws looks for the other copy on the server to make
things go, but it would seem like it lets you log in properly. The good news
is that it would authorize from the client side, so they don't have to
license it twice in this case, but there is an add-on one has to have for
doing it.

Hey ya'll. My job uses a virtual desktop. Is there anyway to get speech to
work with it. I am using NVDA and when my computer signs out of Windows to
go to the work environment, I lose it. Would a BrailleNote bluetoothed to my
computer work? LRS will buy me the equipment I need. Anyone have experience
working in a virtual desktop?
Or any other recommendations I might explore? TTEC seems very willing to
work with me. I already have the job and just trying to hang on to it.
