Hi Rachel,
I would recommend contacting Salesforce customer support and opening a
case. Please set the case reason to Disability and Product Support.
You may visit https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000321274&type=1&mode=1
for contact information.
Salesforce will support accessibility for out-of-box implementations
but not for custom code or 3rd-party apps at this time.
