[Job-Discussions] working in customer service

Oh, and I just realized I may need to explain the alt-tab thing a bit more:

When you hold down Alt and tab, there's a bar that pops up with icons for
all the programs you have open. You can then "hover" over any of the icons
and move to them by either using tab or shift-tab while still holding down
Alt. Once you let go of the Alt key, it switches to that program. You can
then repeat the process of holding down the alt key to move to other
programs to order how the programs appear, and thus set up a ordered series
to be able to rapidly alt-tab as necessary between the 1-5 most important
programs while still maintaining the integrity of the phone call or whatever
project you're multi-tasking on.

Again, good luck!

Sincerely

Andrew Harmon

Subject: [Job-Discussions] working in customer service

Hi All,
I got a job working in customer service for a publishing company. I
would like to hear from others working in this field. What
accessibility challenges have you run into? What did you do if the
training uses screenshots or other visual information?
Rachel
