Hello
First of all, Office 365's products likes using a virtual interface, so
you're going to have to occasionally turn off the Virtual HTML cursor mode
by using JAWS key plus Z and then doing so again once you've navigated
properly.
Unfortunately I don't recall specific commands, but you can jump around by
using the Tab key while the virtual cursor's turned off in order to open
certain foe-drop-down menus.
This is actually how you can access the menus inside 365; either turn off
the cursor by hitting JAWS key plus Z, then try using Alt-F or whichever
menu you're trying to use. If that doesn't work, then you can trying the
Google Drive shortcut of Alt + Shift + Letter key for menu (Alt + Shift + F
for file, E for Edit, etc.).
The other option is you might be able to feed the particular mail server
into Microsoft Outlook proper. Here's a link Microsoft's guide on to how to
set up an email program through outlook:

Sorry if this wasn't more informative, as it's been a while since I used
365; I usually gave up and synched the information through Microsoft
Outlook. I think there may be some shortcut key guides out there - will try
looking later today and if I can find some, I'll send 'em along.
Sincerely
Andrew Harmon

Subject: [Job-Discussions] shortcuts in Office 365
Hello again. I am using Outlook in the Office 365 web application. I
am frustrated because the usual shortcut keys don't work. For example,
control N opens a new browser window instead of creating a new message
and the alt key opens my browser's menu instead of Outlook's. I am
trying to set up my signature but can't find the menu.
Can anyone help?
Rachel
