Don't answer any of the questions you don't have too, including race,
ethnicity or anything else like if you were in the military.

That will disguise it.

Subject: [Job-Discussions] Completing the voluntary disclosure section

Hello,

I wanted to ask how other people handled answering if you have a disability
on most job application. This usually falls under voluntary disclosure
section. Is saying no to disability wrong for a person who is blind? Because
saying yes can potentially exclude me from being considered and saying I do
not wish to answer would lead them to infer that I have a disability. How
have you handled this?
