Based upon what I was able to quickly find, although they have physical phone numbers, they will likely take you to just a recording telling you to contact customer support through their HELP section on LinkedIn.

Hey everyone I can’t tell you how frustrated I am with this app! I tried to update some thing because I’m switching careers. It won’t let me do it and it certainly won’t let me see you that I am volunteering rather than working somewhere. I tried to update my photo and it won’t let me do that either. I keep coming up with “there was an error sorry we can’t update you” or something like that. I know there’s problems with this app anyhow because it’s not as accessible for voiceover/speech raider users as we’d all like but it used to be better or more user-friendly. 









Looking forward to hearing some ideas before I get so frustrated I completely delete the app on my phone. I am using and I iOS device. Currently I am only using my iPhone SE 2020 but will in the future use it on my HP laptop. Thanks in advance for any info support encouragement whatever you can give.
