Sorry, I didn’t answer your question specifically. No, there is no such checklist. And even if I knew of one, I would not recommend that any of you give it to an employer, as it short circuits the negotiation process. By the way, if an employer refuses to negotiate reasonable accommodations with any of you, you will have an excellent discrimination case if things go bad.
