Jess, you and your employer should think of you as just another remployee.
The accommodations are for you to do the job. You are an employee in every
other way.

Justin

Subject: [Job-Discussions] Checklist for employers

Dear all,

I will be having a new job and this is the first time my n ew employer
hiring a blind person. They are asking if I have a checklist for them, so
that they know how to accommodate my onboarding better, as well as they
could have some ideas of how to get along with a blind person.

Just wanted to see if there are toolkits available for me to share with my
new employer. Many thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Jess
