As to in-person call center jobs, any place that works with either Avaya or
a similar system will work fine with JAWS as far as I am aware. There may be
other databases and CRMs that are less compatible, but you can try
askingwhat system they use. Some places still use Excel to manage their CRM
which is very compatible.
