[Job-Discussions] Received a weird email regarding a job I applied to, and want to know if this is a scam?

I just received an email from one of the jobs I applied to on
Linkedin, but I have a feeling that the next step of what they want me
to do may be a scam.
I have pasted the info below, and want to get your thoughts about it.
