Hi Michael,

Regarding how to find companies which are friendly to hiring blind
people, what I usually do is, I will visit their website, and look at
the activities / work / organisations they support for in terms of
their diversity and inclusion commitment. It helps me get an initial
idea of that. Hope it helps.
