Perhaps but it sucks not being able to react what so ever and the
receptionist can treat you like sh1t!

I am sure we all are  ignorant   about something. I looked up the company
and it says Missouri. I am not in that state.

Hello I'd like to hear from those who have or who are working remotely as a
customer service person. I worked for Anthem for several months on a
contract but work demands decreased and I along with about 100 others were
not needed.

I have applied at Verizon and passed the interview but presently there are
no openings in my state.
