Good morning all,

I applied for a job at a place called paper solutions here in New york.
They are a call center job that does work for different companies. However
after I got my offer and filled out all my tax forms. We started talking
about my accessibility needs. They are now trying to figure out if the
software will be accessible. But are basically telling me that if it's not
that the job will not exist anymore. However they are working with a
company called conduent which runs their call center software. And I'm
trying to find out if anybody has had any experience with this company?
Also if they have if these call center softwares are accessible with jobs
for windows. Any help or guidance in the right direction and navigating
this situation would be grateful. Mike
