> What does the study involve?
> ·         Take four online surveys over 20 months
> ·         Submit a resume with the first two surveys
> ·         Be randomly assigned to receive resources or attend group training

> ·         Learn job-seeking strategies for today’s job market
> ·         Get job search information and resources by email
> ·         Attend a 5-day group training program through Zoom
> ·         Provide feedback about the training
