> Hello,
> I'm wondering if blind people who utilize JAWS as the primary screenreader has worked or is currently working for Fidelity home warranty as a customer service representative remotely, if so, is the software used by the company screenreader-friendly, more spacifically with JAWS 2022? i’ve been looking into certain jobs like this and my dad was on the phone and he called me after he had a call with Fidelity home warranty that I guess are hiring and he thought that it would be a good fit for me but I also told him that the software may not work, even though this may be a good fit for me. Just thought I would ask. right now I’m just testing websites and do buggery testing on the side and I am going to be re-enrolling in the braille transcriber certification course for literary braille, transcribing, and proofreading through the NFB and NLS in January since I didn’t pass lesson 15 the third time in June, so I have to wait six months, but anyway just looking for other avenues as well while I’m still waiting to re-enroll in the course. The side job that I do doesn’t pay much but I do get by from week to week. :-) Hope this reaches you guys and finds you well.
