[Job-Discussions] Working at SSA

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone here has worked or currently working for the Social
Security Administration as a Contact Representative. If so, I would like to
know how your experience has been working there? How accessible were their
internal applications with JAWS and ZoomText? Just wanting to get an
overall feel for the position.
