[Job-Discussions] Follow up with employers

Two quick points from Career Fair employers:

1. Always follow up with the employers you talked to. Doing so hugely increases your odds of getting hired. Not doing so has the opposite effect. 

2. Don’t ghost the employers. If you are no longer interested in working for them, or got a job and no longer need to do so, let them know. 

Both of the above are good habits that help define you as someone to hire.
