[Job-Discussions] I-9, Does a Human Reader Need to be Documented as a Preparer or Translator?

Hello,

As a human resources professional at a company which hires blind
employees, my question is this:
If a blind person uses a human reader to fill out Section 1 of the I-9
form because it is inaccessible, do they need to document that human
reader as a preparer/translator? Is there a definite answer to this?
