I would say two things, maybe three.
First, if you are honest with yourself, you know your weaknesses. You know if you procrastinate, don't make good public presentations, or whatever. However, you might not want to te too honest. What some people do is finesse the answer by saying stuff like "I over prepare" or "I am sometimes over enthusiastic."
Most people see through that stuff, for what it is - but you did answer the question. Just think about the job, and your possible answers prior.
