My local office had no idea what the rules are and neither does the national office when I have contacted them. I have only had a good experience in Louisiana. Fortunately, my last jobs did not pay high enough to effect things,and the next job that I am after that looks promising, I will be slightly above the maximum even after taking out my taxes to get it down.
