    <p>Also, employers practice of not informing candidates that an
      application has been rejected. They say they get too many
      applications to follow up, but if they have a decent HR system
      it's just an automated email when they click 'reject'.</p>
    <p>It's not fair at all to leave applicants wondering where they are
      in the process no matter the size of the company.</p>

            The employers being too busy is how I consoled myself when
            the resumes and cover letters I sentwent unanswered. The
            “did you get the resume / cover letter” e-mails also went

            today. I always remind employers to acknowledge resumes.
            Some still think it is the Reagan era, where you can treat
            job seekers any way they please. If they are that
