I have never done technical writing but have done other types of writing and have done proofreading and editing work on the side before. to be to send them there. The kind of jobs you are describing would require writing skills, which should be pretty available. I know of one person who has been asking me about such jobs. Perhaps other persons on this list will respond. I suggest that you do a post to Job-Listings and invite persons interested in writing jobs to respond to you. Make sure to include the explanation that you are thinking of developing some new jobs, possibly remote ones, as you will get a better response that way.
