Much like all things related to who we are, and what we choose to do in our homes and within our own bodies is important to think about when we are planning for our work life. The best course of action in my view is to have a conversation with a hiring representative from the organization you plan to apply to. Be open about your needs and how this policy affects you to determine whether or not they can waive those policies for you or if they can’t then you know without spending a lot of your time and effort on it that they are not the right fit for you. It’s really important that we don’t just Settle for opportunities that aren’t the right fit for us. Ask the question of the employer who has this policy and see what happens. The worst thing they can say is no and then you are empowered with that knowledge.<br><br><div dir="ltr"><div><span style="font-size: 13pt;">Rachel Kuntz</span></div><div>937.245.0547 cell</div><div>Rachelrkuntz@gmail.com</div><div><br></div><div>Live the life you want.
