<b>application materials are sent to hiring managers on a quarterly basis</b> (exception being the first round of applications, which will be sent to hiring managers in late January). Therefore, we encourage interested individuals to apply by January 17th.
 Additionally, while this information is hosted on USAJOBS.gov, the Schedule A announcement is
